Which GP Surgery Should I Register at?

We have 9 GP practices in Central Camden. Please make sure you register to one that is closest to your home, otherwise we will have to register you as an out of area patient and you will not be eligible for some services, such as home visits. Please make sure to visit the practice website before making a decision.

  3. Camden Health Improvement Practice (CHIP), located at: The Margarete Centre, 108 Hampstead Road, London, NW1 2LS (please note, this practice is for homeless patients)
