PCN services
How to Access PCN Services?
To be booked into specific PCN services such as asthma clinics, nutritional therapy or microsuction, you will usually need to have an appointment with your GP practice first. If you are eligible, they will refer you to the appropriate service.
If you have a long-term condition, the PCN may also contact you directly to arrange a review, helping to keep your condition under regular review, provide ongoing support, and ensure your care is tailored to your needs.
